Love only
If we are to live this life, then let it be with love only.
Love is like a ripple effect, in a pond where we watch them expand further out.
Many people are consumed by limited beliefs. Projecting themselves against principle thoughts, you have
limitless identity, so why not choose love? Become it, only it.

Love isn't transactional
Before my parting with my ex, I can recall him trying to convince me that...
"Love is transactional."
Whatever explanation you provide to me, or to another person--that is completely inaccurate as a way to describe love.
Love isn't transactional.
Lets investigate what love is, in healthy relationships:
In love, you are enamored by the person you are with. It is quite understandable that no relationship is perfect. Though, isn't it our natural instinct to do nice things for someone when we are naturally attracted to them? Isn't your duty to be kind?
I know if I like someone, I just want to be all those things for a person. And so, if I am all those things for a person, and it was mutual-isn't it natural that someone would express those things for me?
And not because it is transactional, something you felt you HAVE to do-but because you want to?
Precisely.

Trial and Error-Health;
Sometimes its a frustrating battle uphill, to constantly monitor my health. Like any other person, I am conscious of hydrating, eating whole some etc. Because these things will contribute to better sleep patterns as well, and over all sp02% during sleep. I watch for trends, of that specifically because as someone who is deficient in iron, vitamin d, it is important to raise those levels, so I can be at "optimal" which will bring up those oxygen levels + lower anxiety.
I get frustrated though.
Because how much of explaining you have to do when someone doesn't understand those health jargons, and it must be nice to never worry about how much oxygen is running in your body. Or, anxiety itself.
You see, during the day my oxygen levels are normal. But during sleep, it tends to dip and I know that is normal-but if it dips for too long, then it indicates my poor red cells are not enough in my body.
Things I have been doing that I have been seeing improvement, to be hanging out in the 95-96% bracket:
- Green Blend Superfood: Has lots of veggies, probiotics to support gut health! Even has 8% of iron in it, and vitamin k worth of 57%! Which is important, if you wish to target your gut health, and the effective use of vitamin d3 ( if you supplement that on the side ). They always say gut health is linked to your mental health. If your gut isn't happy, your brain isn't gonna be! I have noticed a difference in consuming this powder, in 16 oz daily.
- Vitamin D3: Gummies of 2,000 IU's, though I am ready to go up a level to 3,000 IU's. Who to thought this simple vitamin that we make in the sun πis that important! I also didn't know it was a hormone. It helps regulate your moods, and sleep cycles. When, I am getting enough of this vitamin, I have noticed I sleep better ( than before ), and less anxiety. I also try to make a routine of going out in the sunlight for natural production of vitamin d3! At least, 10-20 minutes of sunlight, where its not to the point I am getting burned. You can also consume vitamin d, in fortified foods and drinks such as cereal, milk, and fish + others.
- Stretching&Walking: Sadly, I do not walk enough on my treadmill, because of the low iron thing makes me feel worn out. But I try to stretch, and march in place in the very least. By doing this, you can oxygenate your blood getting it to flow and move around. It also feels nice, right after you work up a sweat! And a nice feeling when you can sit down, and drink some iced water.
