Seri has her own character page on one of my Carrd sites (like the rest of my characters), and she’s a beloved main original character. Therefore, I wish to ramble about her in honor of my very first OC's!
She was created on GaiaOnline.com, starting out as a young character with a pixie grey haircut, a pink scarf, and glasses. I was always changing her appearance. Over time, her hair grew longer, and I began shaping her into a more feminine yet badass character.
I remember when I first saw, Rosario x Vampire and I thought the final form of Moka was absolutely AWESOME. I decided to base Seri off of her, more or less (white haired Moka). I also thought, how amazing it would be if her ideal voice would be like Jesse from Pokemon (dub). Seri has this mature english voice, don't ask! I just rolled with it, while making her as a teen.
I finally understood the personality concept for my Seri! But her appearances, was needing more tweaking.
For example, I was not happy that she had a black tail, but back then as a teenager I thought it would be cool if she had a tail. However, I was watching more anime, and I decided how most half animal characters (she is a wolf) she doesn't have to have a tail.
So, I removed her tail, and I over all gave her a giant make over! Her wings, and face accessories were ultimately just props from Gaia Online's items. Her final version? The first image, on this page!
Along the way, I decided her appearance and aesthetics would revolve entirely around black and deep pink outfits. The theme often leaned into a biker chick vibe, and the reason for that is because, in the little world I created for her, she's a mercenary for hire who absolutely LOVES motorcycles.
Fun Facts:
- Based of white "Moka" from Rosario x Vampire (I would not watch that again xD it's too silly).
- Her ideal voice, is Jesse from Pokemon (dub), english accent.
- In her past life, she was a shrine maiden, a goddess to love and beauty shrine. She was human, at that time.
- When she died, she manifested into a wolf spirit. Why a wolf? Because, her lost thoughts were the white wolf, which often visit her in the winter seasons, when she felt most alone at her shrine. The white wolf is a symbol to her, to always keep fighting.
- She is often compared to Hanekawa Tsubasa 's cat girl transformation, which was endearing! Because that character reminded me of the duality, of myself vs Seri. When I first made Seri, she was my "aspiration" to be. From, quiet girl, to outspoken. Being all grown up, I think I acquired such an aspiration. Alas, Seri is not a cat girl! She is a wolf spirit, hybrid.
Facts about Seri:
- Her sexual orientation is sapphic.
- Although she's a wolf, she has golden, cat-like slit eyes. The only time her pupils appear normal is when her sclera turns black, marking her full rage mode. [[example will go here eventually ]].
- She is a strong, curvy woman—not thin but full-figured. Her toned muscles only enhance her curves, never detracting from them.
- She has white hair! Pale like the moonlight.
- Her eye shadow color is always a medium violet pink or deep pink.
- She always has painted nails, (her claws). They are stiletto shaped.
- Weapon of choice: Her fists, powerful kicks. She has a leather lasso/whip (she is so real for that).
- She is a biker chick in modern society, but her past life is shrine deity, goddess of love and beauty.
